I read one of the articles on caffiene. I am a huge coffee drinker, so I'm all set! I also have made it a habit of reading labels, (not so much for myself) but for other family members. We do watch out for carbs and sugar.
I started using my vita-mix machine this week. I usually don't eat breakfast, so I start with an apple, orange, celery and carrots, of course you can use loads of other combinations. I am not a big fruit and veggie eater, so this is great for me.Yummy!!
Went to my first official Physical Therapy session last night. Actually had a good time! BUT.....the next day I so stiff. I guess the saying "No pain no gain" is true. I will be doing this 3 times a week, and hopefully feel like I'm 29 again!
